At this level, one can host and lead Really?! Teacher Training Seminars. This requires experience having led all 8 Really?! courses.

To host a Really?! Teacher Training Seminar, you must coordinate with headquarters in advance regarding necessary preparations, especially the selection of participants and your own lecture content.

You must have a sense of calling as an RIJ minister.
